CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you may change/cancel your order if it is not yet dispatched. To do so, please get in
touch with our Customer Service Team on +919285501208 or at
customercare@posswear.com with your order number and your request. You will need to
do so as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

If you have logged in while placing the order, you can view your order status in the My
Account Order Tab. If you have placed the order as a guest your details won't reflect in
the My Account section but don't worry, we will send you timely updates via email.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.
a. Online Payment via Credit or Debit We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards. 
b. Cash on Delivery (COD) You can make the payment once the product reaches you.
However, this service is available only in within India.

DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?

Yes we do, however this is applicable only in India for selected pin codes

HOW DOES CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) WORK?

When you place cash on delivery order, you will receive a confirmation call before
dispatch. Only once the order is confirmed will we dispatch the same.

ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES FOR CUSTOMIZATION OF SIZE?

SIZE SMALL - XL, THERE WILL BE NO CUSTOMIZATION CHARGES. THEREFORE, SIZES ABOVE XL WILL HAVE ADDITIONAL CHARGE AS PER THE FABRIC USAGE.

CAN THE DESIGNS BE CUSTOMIZED?

DESIGNS OF PRODUCTS WILL NON- CUSTOMIZABLE/ CHANGEABLE
