HOW DO I PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

A customer can convert their fiat currency option on the website, and place an order directly from the website. You will receive a confirmation call/ message/ mail before dispatch. Only once the order is confirmed will we dispatch the same.

IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE?

There is a nominal charge based on the products and country we ship to. Please note,
you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in.
Customs Duty will be on actual, and you will need to pay the Customs Duty at the time
of accepting the order.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

International orders only ship out on a prepaid basis. payment can be made through PayPal only.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?

This depends on the products ordered. Some products are on Pre-order so please expect a
short delay in the dispatch of these products. The relevant product page will have these
details mentioned. Please allow us 2 - 7 working days for the courier to be delivered
once shipped.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER IN CASE THERE IS AN ISSUE?

We offer the option to exchange within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. Please
email us with the list of products you need to exchange and the reason. Our customer
service team will get in touch with you in 1-2 business days. We try our best to ensure
that our products reach you defect and damage free but in the off chance this happens,
please share images with us as well. This will help us solve your query faster.

DO YOU ARRANGE REVERSE PICKUPS?

No we don't have a reverse pickup facility for international orders .You will need to ship
the products back to us at your own cost.
